The DVD: Slave Trade and Slavery in the 18th and 19th Centuries is the accompaniment video of "The Shackles of Memory" exhibition which was presented at the Chateau of the Dukes of Brittany from December 1992 to May 1994.  It retraces the history of the monumental discoveries, the triangle trade, colonial slavery and it's abolition, in 52 minutes. Nous avons ajouté plusieurs ouvrages dans notre mallette pédagogique récemment, dont l'ouvrage de Serge Bilé, "Paroles d'Esclavage - Les derniers témoignages".

Serge Bilé et Daniel Sainte-Rose ont accompli un véritable travail de mémoire. Ils ont recueilli les témoignages de vieux Martiniquais, qui disent l’esclavage tel que leurs grands parents et arrière-grands-parents l’ont directement vécu et le leur ont, eux-mêmes, raconté, dans leur enfance.

In an effort to continue the historical and memoir projects, the association has created a pedagogical kit intended for the young public.  The kit is suitable for students from lower school to high school, as well as the general public.  This kit is regularly updated.
